Body Building Strength & Sports Conditioning Training

JMF Body Building has free weights for isolated muscles groups and modern Plate loaded gym equipment for prime movers and assisting muscle groups. The Studio is designed for the serious weight lifter.

 

Our body is a machine that needs to be looked after, like any machine, if it is not maintained it goes to ruin. The old rules still apply, they never change, No pain no gain.

 

All equipment is unilateral to ensure that all muscle groups are worked to their full extent and beyond for new results. Results are what we look for in every training session.

 

The body is like a book and it needs to be read, if it feels flat it needs a recharge, it’s time to move. The heart is the strongest muscle in the body, it is an involuntary muscle, it never gives up and it is there for work

 

Training is provided in a one on one format with a program designed to your specific needs.

 

JMF Body Building also has group training for groups for a maximum of 5 people.

 

When you are finished training you can take a dip and do a few laps in our swimming pool just outside the door of the JMF Training Studio.
